1. What products do you sell at Eclassico?

2. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes, we can help with that. Replacement guarantees are only offered by us in the event of damaged or defective product. Please contact us within 3 days from the receiving your order and we will be happy to help you

4. How can I track my order?

You will receive a WhatsApp message with your shipment details, including the AWB (Air Waybill) number and the courier company’s name. You can track your order on the courier’s website or contact us for further assistance.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We ensure secure shopping and accept payments via Razor Pay. You can choose the payment method that suits you best. Following are the payment methods we accept:

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

We dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Delivery typically takes 5-6 working days, but remote areas or unexpected weather conditions may cause delays.

7. Do you offer discounts or promotional offers?

Yes, we offer seasonal promotions and 10% discount on prepaid orders

9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

10. Why if my shipment delayed?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, with delivery expected in 5-6 working days. However, delays may occur due to certain reasons such as  remote locations, or adverse weather conditions, etc. Please connect with us and we will be happy to help you further.

11. Can my billing and shipping addresses be different?

Yes, you can use different billing and shipping addresses.

13. Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery. However, choosing online payment gives you a 10% discount.

14. Are there any shipping fees?

No, we offer free shipping across India.

15. How can I confirm that my order has been placed successfully?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call and a WhatsApp message containing your order details and the estimated delivery time.

16. Is it possible to modify my order after placing it?

Yes, you can request changes to your order only if it hasn’t been processed yet. To make any modifications, please email us at eclassicoshop2025@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, once the order is processed, you cannot add new items, but you can place a separate order for additional products. If you wish to remove items, contact our customer service to cancel the order so you can place a new one.
