Shipping

We provide FREE shipping to all over India.

Orders are typically delivered to customers within 3 to 5 business days. Charges for excess weight in case of additional accessories or kits will be collected.

Order will only be delivered to the address provided while placing the order. The order will return to our warehouse after 3 attempts by our courier partner. Charges may apply or reshipping or you may place a fresh order depending upon the mode of payment.

Refunds for RTO orders won’t be processed. You can ask for a replacement shipment with your updated contact information and real address. We’ll ship it again the next business day.

We have partnered with reliable courier companies such as Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Anjani and Tirupati couriers.

Returns

Replacement guarantees are only offered by Eclassico in the event that the product is damaged or defective. If you would like a replacement, please Whatsapp or contact us at “eclasscioshop2025@gmail.com” within three days of receiving your order. Please use the shipping address we will give you to return your item. The replacement will be shipped as soon as we receive your package.

We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.

Actual colour of the product may slightly differ depending upon factors such as your device, it’s configuration, resolution or brightness of the screen.

Return/Exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer. or if a wrong product was ordered.

What are the conditions for Replacement or Refund?

As previously stated, in order for a customer to be eligible for a free replacement, return, or refund of any item, the buyer must submit an official unpacking video of the item to substantiate their claim. Refund requests won’t be honored without an unboxing video.

Free replacements or refund can be requested if the following conditioned apply:

  1. Items received is physically damaged. (A video of you unpacking or unboxing must be used to demonstrate this.)
  2. The item was sent without any attachments or parts. (A video of you unpacking or unboxing must be used to demonstrate this.)
  3. The item that was received did not match the description found on Eclassico Premium Accessories product detail page.
  4. Item received is defective or does not work properly. (A video of you unpacking or unboxing must be used to demonstrate this.)
  5. You have 3 calendar days to replacement/refund an item from the date you received it.
  6. Within 24 working hours, we will start a reimbursement to the original payment method if your refund or replacement is granted.
  7. COD shipping amount and reverse logistics will be deducted upto Rs.300/- in case of refund if we manage to arrange for reverse pickup.
